Report an accessibility barrier in the library

Tell us about a physical or electronic barrier you’ve encountered so we can address it.

This form is for reporting library accessibility issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Please use this form to report any ADA access barriers you encounter in the library, either physical or electronic. If you provide contact information, we can respond to your questions Monday–Friday during normal business hours. For emergencies, contact the CSU Police Department at (216) 687-2020.

ADA barriers can include physical barriers, such as inoperable elevators or blocked entrances, and electronic barriers, such as inaccessible documents on library websites or systems that do not work properly with screen readers or other assistive technologies. We can only help with library-related issues; to report issues or request assistance outside the library, please contact the Office of Disability Services .
