Digital design consultations

Working on a digital, multimodal, or multimedia project this semester? The library’s Digital Design support can help you plan your project, select tools, and think through issues like copyright, media sourcing, and accessibility.

Start with the Digital Design Studio project guide for recommendations on tools and workflows, then consider making an appointment for a consultation with a librarian who specializes in digital and multimodal assignments.

You can schedule a Digital Design consultation using the scheduler in the librarian profile on the guide.

Adobe software in the Learning Commons Lab

Library staff support for specialized Adobe applications is limited, but the lab provides workstations where you can edit images, audio, and video and create graphics and presentation materials as part of your coursework.

Note: Adobe Creative Cloud requires users to sign in with an Adobe account. If you do not already have an account, you can create a free one from the login screen.

Rooms and spaces

A variety of special-use rooms and spaces for current CSU students are available on the library’s 3rd and 4th floors, including rooms for podcasting, film viewing, presentations, and quiet study.

Ask at the 1st floor Library Help Desk to make room reservations or to borrow keys. The Video Conference Rooms, Presentation Practice Room, Collaboration Room, and Podcast Studio can be reserved in advance by calling (216) 687-2479.

Learn more about these spaces on the Rooms and spaces on the 3rd floor page.
