This service is intended for users affiliated with Cleveland State University. Responses to other users will be limited to questions relating to resources unique to the Michael Schwartz Library or assistance with federal government documents.

You will normally receive a response to your question within 2 working days. However, we may need to contact you for clarification, which could require additional time.

  • Visit us in person on the library’s first floor whenever the library is open.

You may also use DISCOVERY @ CSU to check the availability of a specific book or journal.

A note on confidentiality:
Submissions will be saved on the CSU email system for approximately one month for statistical purposes and to help ensure proper tracking of questions. After one month, all messages will be deleted. The Library does not maintain an archive of questions associated with the names of individuals requesting information.
